Kathie has been working as our Senior Claims Analyst/Manager for more than 30 years. Her job is to see to it that clients receive full compensation for injuries sustained from motor vehicle accident or from general liability claims.

Nicholas Ellis, Jr.
Nicholas Jr. is our claims adjuster and business manager. He works closely with our attorneys and paralegal to manage our client’s claims. He gives our clients frequent status updates, assist our attorneys with correspondence, manages the client files, and handles other administrative tasks. He is a graduate from Worcester State University with a Bachelor of Business administration.
Lynn Angell began with Ellis and Associates beginning in October 1999.
She is the Senior Executive Administrator for the PIP (Personal Injury Protection) Department.
Her job is to notify the appropriate insurance companies of your claim with a demand for the insurer to disclose insurance coverage. She also assists in the processing of the bodily injury claim, and collects medical records and bills.
Lynn is responsible for processing your PIP application and will subsequently seek payment/reimbursement of related medical bills, lost wage/lost any capacity payments, as well as reimbursement for replacement services, such as childcare, home health aides, nursing expenses and other help which is reasonable and necessary.
If needed, Lynn will obtain and process relevant information to submit excess medical bills to the health insurance carrier for final payment.
Lindsey Harber is a seasoned litigation paralegal with more than 20 years experience.
She has worked on a variety of cases, small to large, simple to complex, in the State, Federal and Appellate Courts, and enjoys it all.
Lindsey assists in all phases of litigation, from inception through discovery, trial, and appeals, including document review, management, and production, drafting of pleadings, fact development, deposition preparation, trial preparation and appellate filings.
She is experienced in the preservation, collection, review, and production of electronic data, as well as the use of various document review platforms.
Lindsey has attended several trials to assist attorneys with exhibit management, examination, preparation, and trial logistics. Lindsey’s skills, expertise, and work ethic make her one of our go-to team members.
Natasha is our PIP adjuster. She works with the insurance companies to make sure your lost wages and medical bills are paid. She does medical updates for our Spanish speaking clients.
Cassandra is a Legal Assistant for our Medical Records and billing requests. The task of obtaining medical records that document damages and/or disability at times can be a daunting task with some medical establishments. Cassandra has proven grit, determination and perseverance to make sure all relevant and material records are obtained. She graduated from Worcester State University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a Minor in Sociology.
As our Social Security Disability Specialist, Omar Laza takes the burden of your Social Security Disability benefits claim from you once it reaches the hearing stage.
He is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Disability Advocates and routinely attends national conferences in his area of expertise to ensure that he stays up to date on the ever-changing rules and regulations that may affect our clients’ cases.

Keren earned an Associates Degree and Paralegal Certification in Florida specializing in Social Security disability, Worker’s Compensation, and Disability Law.
She has worked exclusively handling Social Security disability and SSI claims since 2012.
Keren serves as a representative assistant and paralegal. She understands what Social Security is looking for and will help you write a very clear statement of your case, identifying any work limitations resulting from your medical problems. This statement will be used in all of the forms sent to the Social Security Administration.
Keren makes sure that Social Security has up-to-date contact information from your doctors, therapists and any hospital where you have been treated.
She also provides your treating physician(s) with the necessary medical source statements that must be completed to support your application for disability.
Keren’s goal is to provide Social Security adjudicators with enough information to win your case at the early stages.
Christopher Ellis knows firsthand how disabilities affect families and their loved ones. He didn’t become an advocate for the disabled, he was born to be one.
He experienced how Social Security Disability can change the life of others as a volunteer advocate for the disabled out of a local community law clinic in Boston representing dozens of disability applicants and guides them through the Social Security maze.
He is presently a 2nd year law student at New England School of Law ranked in the top 10 of his class. Chris has no doubt he would spend his career fighting for benefits for the disabled upon becoming an attorney.
Jessica Coat is our Legal Assistant for Social Security Disability claims.
She has worked exclusively handling Social Security disability and SSI cases since 2013.
Jessica serves as your representative assistant at the initial and reconsideration stages of your claim, and can help you file your application and appeals denials, if necessary.
Jessica is always striving to keep up with the ever-changing Social Security rules and regulations in order to best serve our clients. She recently passed the exam that allows her to act as a Disability Advocate and Representative at Administrative Law Hearings before Administrative Law Judges.
Bettina Grandich has served as our Senior Worker’s Compensation Coordinator for more than 25 years.
She acts as a liaison between you — the injured worker — and the Industrial Accident Board and Administrative Law Judges, your attorney and/or advocate, as well as your employer’s insurer and their defense counsel.
Bettina will guide you through the complex maze of the worker’s compensation process to ensure that you are treated fairly and that your goals are met.
Bettina will help you receive timely payments of your weekly compensation checks, medical bills and additional benefits that may be available to you.
Bob Peluso has been part of the Ellis & Associates team for more than 15 years. He serves as an advocate for workers who suffer a disabling injury on the job.
Bob oversees filing of your claim and makes sure that your case moves through the process so you can obtain the benefits you deserve.
He also serves as a liaison between you, your attorney and the insurance companies to make sure that your case meets our high standard of quality control at every phase of the process.
Yolanda is a Workers’ Compensation Paralegal. Obtains intake information from new clients, files claims, and seeks pre-approvals for medical treatment for our Workers’ Compensation clients. She monitors Workers’ Compensation files, schedules court proceedings, depositions, and prepares appeals. Yolanda also has direct contact with Insurance Companies, their Attorneys, and Administrative Law Judges within the Department of Industrial Accidents.
Carolyn Beckstrom has served as our Medical Researcher for more than 10 years.
She is a strong advocate for our clients as she works closely with our extensive network of physicians to support our clients’ car accident and personal injury claims.
Carolyn provides summary, review and analysis of medical records to help prove cause, physical and emotional disability and permanent loss of function for our injured and disabled clients.
Carolyn supports all of Ellis & Associates’ areas of practice including Worker’s Compensation, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Personal Injury Claims and Social Security Disability.
She also reviews and analyzes potential medical malpractice claims and serves as a litigation assistant.
If first impressions are important to you, meet Brea, our receptionist. The title receptionist is attributed to the person who is employed by an organization to receive or greet any visitors or clients and answers telephone calls. She understands how important each and every phone call can be and ensures that all inquiries from clients or prospective clients are satisfied before the end of the business day. She also handles various other administrative duties. She attended Bridgewater State University in the studies of Business.
